Easily the most complicated patch I have ever done. A scene from PFUDOR by MixerMike done with permission as a 12” wide patch.
No joke, this is the color list and order. 75 color changes and 264,118 total stitches.

Embroidery, 2 years in the making. Kawaii Rose: requested BambooDog to draw, and I to embroider these way back September of 2011. I finished the last design a while ago, but I never had a chance to do a family portrait in the same style as BambooDog because of the huge amount of thread colors. That has now been rectified, and the result is here. Obviously, based upon the originator of the heart ponies, BambooDog and done with permission.
I need to make the fluttershy patch version. All are based on art by the originator of the heart ponies, BambooDog. Done with permission. As with most designs, I can make them for the cost of materials.
The folks I met at Unicon were great, and I had a great time talking to you all! Here is some of the awesome swag that folks were nice enough to give me, which made me feel wonderful. Sparklepeep was the first one to nearly jump over my table and give me the most beautiful hand embroidered Pinkie Pie apron I have ever seen! I have so much swag I can’t fit it all here. Andy Price was nice enough to sign an embroidered patch of Big Mac that I made from one of his drawings in the comic!
Braeburned stopped by, and so did a ton of folks that have ordered from me before. I really love the picture of Rarity, it could almost have been me the week leading up to the Unicon, it was the best present ever!
Actually, that isn’t true. The best present was getting to talk to all of you that stopped by. Be it about embroidery, business, or just getting to know you all. The chats I had were well worth the trip. Thank you all for coming by to see me, you made it a very special convention for me.
I will be doing a livestream for most of the afternoon, working on some embroidery designs. I will be digitizing several designs in Embird. just finished super cute Rarity from bamboodog, more coming soon!
The counts have been tabulated, and here is your winner:
Large size pic here. Congrats to the winner, please give Rarity and Basil a good home. To everyone else, I am sorry I only had one of these to give away. I would give one to everypony if I could.
My Little Pony Painting Giveaway
This is a digital painting that was done by Moe of Rarity and Basil. Since I am a big fan of Rarity, I wanted to get it as a canvas that I could hang. It is a giant 32” wide and 20” tall. I researched a bunch of companies to determine who was the best one for printing on canvas using a custom size (10:16 and 20” by 32”). I chose Canvas on Demand. The exact price was $166 each and I got 2. one for me, one for you.
I did not use the file from ponibooru, Moe was nice enough to send me a 15MB giant resolution version when I asked if it was alright to print his art on canvas. Then, this epic piece was born. And you can get it.
To get it, all you need to do is like this post or reblog it on tumblr. I can’t think of an easier way to do this that is simple to track. On March 3rd, I will use random.org to randomly choose who to give it away to. You must have your asks open on the 3rd so that I can let you know that you can get it. I will cover shipping to anywhere in the world, the cost to you will be nothing. I can’t make another of these, so if it is damaged in shipping, an act of god, or whatever, I won’t be able to replace it.
By the way, my blog with free My Little Pony embroidery designs is at ethepony.blogspot.com, and my DA is here. If you don’t have an embroidery machine, I will sew out the designs for the cost of materials here. Remember, love and tolerance.
